BOX Real Estate was founded by developers and property owners in order to serve developers and property owners. We are not only planners and engineers, but we are property owners and project managers of our own. This allows us to bring a unique perspective and value to your team. Our Team.
BOX Development Services Founder, Bob Bochsler, is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Oregon. Bob is the lead engineer and brings years of value engineering, project management, planning, and permitting experience to the team to help projects succeed. Bob has managed the design and build of major infrastructure projects across the west coast.
